THE TRUTH

Cultivating a proper foundation to anything is critical, especially when it comes to growing your life, or another's. It is vital that throughout life you constantly check yourself to make sure that you are still being true to who you are, and not living through others.

Finding your truth is what makes you, you! and you can never forget to constantly ask yourself what your truth is, because it will change many times in your life.

Reflect on where you are, where you have been, and where you are going. Listen to your body, and look at what it is telling you to do, and reflect. This is not a step that you should ever stop doing, as you should always be questioning if there is a better, or more honest way of living.
